This notice explains, in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which personal data is processed when you visit this website.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services — which is why there is no cookie banner. Your choice of location and language is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare)

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary connection data (including IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) is processed to deliver the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Cloudflare processes data on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact form and booking

If you use the contact form or the booking flow, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message or appointment details) to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored in a self-operated database (PocketBase) and transmitted by email via the delivery service Resend, Inc. (USA). It is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. External media

Some images and videos are currently loaded from the servers of Unsplash and Pexels. When these load, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in presenting the website).

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, as well as to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
